Pregnancy Update: 39 Weeks

Shirt: Topshop (similar) | Chocker Necklace: Vanessa Mooney | Gold Necklace: Gorjana (similar) | Lips: Stila Stay All Day in Patina | Nails: Essie in Ballet Slipper
HOW FAR ALONG: 39 weeks

HIS SIZE: 19-21 inches long & 7-8 pounds (even though I think he way bigger); the size of a small pumpkin

WEIGHT GAIN: 35 lbs, which is exactly how much I gained with Ryann.

SLEEP: For 39 weeks preggo, I can't complain.

SYMPTOMS: I am starting to feel some heavy pressure and sporadic contractions. This is exciting because it must mean that something is starting to happen, right? My induction is scheduled for Monday and I am still very hopeful that I go into labor before Sunday night.

MOVEMENT: Things are getting tight in there and his movements are becoming a bit uncomfortable.

THREE THINGS I AM LOVING RIGHT NOW:

1: Ugg Slippers - I received these as a Christmas gift and have been living in them. I have a weird thing about not ever being barefoot and these have been a great replacement for having to put on socks first thing in the morning. I have a feeling these will continue to get a lot of use after Ashton comes.

2: Cotz Face for Lighter Skin - A few years ago, I started to notice the toll the sun had taken on my skin. In my younger years, I was so that girl who used Baby Oil to try and get a bronze glow. Bad call! Now, older and wiser, I am the woman who will not leave the house without SPF on my face. Literally, I wear  Cotz Face for Lighter Skin EVERY SINGLE DAY. I put in on following my moisturizer and before I put on makeup. It has a silky smooth texture and acts almost like a primer. It has become one of the beauty products (if you can call sunscreen a beauty product) I can't live without! Added bonus: Cotz is 100% free of oils, fragrances, preservatives, parabens, PABA, gluten and phthalates.

3: Essie in Ballet Slipper - It may sound silly but I have been purposeful about picking out my nail color for Ashton's birth. When Ryann was born, it was summer and I went with Essie's In It To Wyn It, an electric teal (and yes, I realize it is weird that I remember the nail polish color I wore four and a half years ago). This go around, a soft pink seems like a good choice. Even more fun, this color is one of the only shades the Queen of England will wear and was specially delivered by Essie Weingarten, per the Queen's request, back in 1989. Fancy!
