Pregnancy Update: 38 Weeks

Dress: ASOS (sold out), similar here, here, here and here | Lips: YSL
HOW FAR ALONG: 38 weeks

HIS SIZE: 19.5 inches long & 7 pounds (even though I think he way bigger); the size of a spaghetti squash

WEIGHT GAIN: 34 lbs

SLEEP: I get good sleep about every other night.

SYMPTOMS: Feeling pretty darn good for being 38 weeks!

MOVEMENT: Lot of little pitter patters.

THREE THINGS I AM LOVING RIGHT NOW:

1: Spending as much time as possible enjoying Ryann's only child status -  We have been very purposeful about giving her as much attention as possible and celebrating her last few weeks as our only kiddo. We have had a great time playing outside every night (thank you crazy Texas weather), making our Valentine's, reading and talking about her life as a big sister. She has been super sweet about Ashton's arrival and is constantly kissing my belly and talking to her brother. She has also been asking when he is going to get her...patience my dear, the time is almost here! And life is about to change!

2: Our Maternity Pics - A few weeks ago we made not one, but two attempts at maternity pics...crazy Texas weather. I love the way that they turned out. Cynthia at Your Candid Memories was amazing to work with and will also be doing our newborns after Ashton arrives. Below are 5 of the edited previews she shared with us.

3: Living Proof Blowout Spray - Two words: serious impact! I have board straight hair that tends to be lifeless and I usually stay away from using any products in my hair. I took a chance on this product after receiving a recommendation and am loving it. Not only does my hair have more shape, it stays curled better (and longer) when I use a hot tool on day 2 or 3. Super impressed!

BOOKS I AM READING [OR LISTENING TO]:

I am taking a break from novels this week and catching up on my favorite podcasts, The Hidden Brain and Happy Hour with Jamie Ivey.
